下载地址：https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/
1、下载得到zip压缩包

然后就开始下载，下载完成，得到了压缩包

2、解压到要安装的目录

3、添加环境变量
我的电脑–>属性–>高级–>环境变量
选择path添加：mysql安装目录下的bin文件夹地址

4、新建mysql 配置文件
在你的mysql安装目录下，新建my.ini文件，编辑 my.ini文件，注意替换路径位置
[mysqld]
basedir=D:\JAVA_Environment\MySQL\mysql-8.0.21\
datadir=D:\JAVA_Environment\MySQL\mysql-8.0.21\data\
port=3306
5、安装mysql服务
启动管理员模式下的cmd，并将路径切换至mysql安装目录下的bin目录，输入以下命令
cd \d D:\JAVA_Environment\MySQL\mysql-8.0.21\bin
mysqld -install
6、初始化数据文件
输入以下命令
mysqld --initialize-insecure --user=mysql
7、启动mysql
net start mysql
此时cmd的窗口命令如下

D:\>cd D:\software\mysql-8.0.22-winx64\bin
D:\software\mysql-8.0.22-winx64\bin>mysqld -install

D:\software\mysql-8.0.22-winx64\bin>mysqld --initialize-insecure --user=mysql
D:\software\mysql-8.0.22-winx64\bin>net start mysql
MySQL 服务正在启动 .
MySQL 服务已经启动成功。
D:\software\mysql-8.0.22-winx64\bin>

8、进入mysql管理界面修改密码（第一次输入密码回车即可）
mysql -u root -p
9、初始密码不能登录或者忘记密码解决办法
9.1 打开命令窗口cmd，输入命令：net stop mysql，停止MySQL服务
9.2 开启跳过密码验证登录的MySQL服务
mysqld --console --skip-grant-tables --shared-memory
9.3 再新打开一个cmd，进行无密码登录MySQL
mysql -u root -p
9.4 修改密码
9.4.1 密码置为空
use mysql
update user set authentication_string='' where user='root' and host='localhost';
9.4.2 解决 The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement 错误，刷新下权限

flush privileges;
9.4.3 修改自己的密码
ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '111111'; // 111111就是自己
设置的密码
9.5 开启服务，net start mysql
9.6 登录验证即可
10、添加用户并授权
10.1 创建允许外网IP访问的用户test001,密码为Mim@123456
create user 'test001'@'%' identified by 'Mim@123456';
10.2授予用户通过外网IP对于全部数据库的全部权限
grant all privileges on *.* to 'test001'@'%';
5.3 刷新权限
flush privileges;
11、客户端使用navicat for mysql 连接mysql
11.1 用root登录进客户端，需要navicat连接的账号,更改加密方式为mysql_native_password
ALTER USER 'test001'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'Mim@123456' PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;
11.2 更改密码
ALTER USER 'test001'@'%' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY 'Mim@123456';
