      Today we will learn the differences between East and West control systems. The western management control system is the probability control, emphasizing  the supremacy of the system. The eastern management control system is controlled by the will of a few people, emphasizing the supremacy of power, this kind of heroic management is called hero control. The only way for any regular organization to be in the best position is to be disciplined. It doesn’t mean that not to be heroic, but to pursue heroism on the premise of rules and regulations. In an age of probability competition, the logic of organization is not to give the green light to a local victory or make a special case for a hero. In this age, what we advocate is that we can be a hero when we obey the rules.             

      今天我們來講東西方控制體系目前存在的差異。西方的管理控制體系是對概率的控制，强調的是制度至上，東方的管理控制體系是通過少數人的意志來控制，强調的是權力至上，這種英雄主義式的管理方式稱爲英雄控制。任何一個正規的組織，要想處於最大的優勢狀態，唯一的方法就是要讲規矩。强調制度之上，不是不要英雄，而是要在講規矩的前提下追求英雄主義。比拼概率的時代，組織的邏輯就是不爲局部勝利開綠燈，爲一個英雄搞特例。這個時代宣揚的是在遵守規矩的前提下，還能當英雄。
