The Art of Shadow Puppet based on Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor

摘要:针对皮影戏这一国家非物质文化遗产逐步淡出人们视线的现状,以唤回人们对皮影的关注为目的,设计了皮影表演系统。系统将现代计算机技术与传统皮影艺术相结合,使用高效能的基于Intel(R) Atom(TM)处理器的嵌入式平台,结合自主设计的数字控制机械系统,实现了皮影戏的录制、皮影机器人自动演出等功能。 针对皮影戏的编排与录制,系统软件提供了动作编辑播放器与剧本编辑播放器,并在其中使用2D物理引擎、BPM探测算法以及动作自耦合算法提高皮影戏编排效率。系统在控制皮影机器人自动演出时,使用空间点对点映射算法保证其运动准确性。系统还提供了普通剧本表演模式与智能即兴表演模式,提高了系统的娱乐性和趣味性。在皮影表演舞台使用高清投影机投射WPF背景动画使得皮影戏的演出效果更为出色。 本系统在继承发扬中国传统文化的同时为人们提供了一种全新的视听娱乐方式。本系统可以应用于博物馆、展览厅等各类文化宣传场所。

Abstract:Shadow Puppet,one of the national intangible cultural heritage, is phasing out of people's attention. To regain people's attention to the Shadow Puppet we designed the shadow puppet play system, which combines the modern computer technology with the traditional shadow puppet art. Using the high-performance embedded platform based on Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor, combine with self-designed digital control mechanical system, the system implemented features including recording the shadow puppet and shadow puppet automatically playing. For arranging and recording the shadow puppet,the system provides action edit player and drama edit player, and uses 2D physical engine,BPM detection algorithm and action coupling algorithm to improve the efficiency of shadow puppet editing . When the system controls shadow puppet robot play automatically,we uses spatial point to point maping algorithm to ensure the accuracy of system. The system also provides normal drama play mode and intelligent improvisation performance mode to make the system more entertaining and interesting. On the shadow puppet play stage the system uses high definition projector casts WPF background animation which makes play effect more outstanding. This system inherits and carries forward the Chinese traditional culture,it also provides people with a new audio-visual entertainment.

摘要:现代生活中,方便、高效、完整的记录信息变得越来越重要。常用的录音笔等工具无法与笔记实现一一对应,常见的写字板由于采用专用的书写工具书写过程不够自然。为此我们设计了一种带有同步语音功能的拓纸式手写板。将普通纸张置于该手写板之上,用户可以使用普通笔在其上书写,书写结果可以同时通过纸介质和电子文档两种形式保存。电子文档辅助语音同步输入,书写内容与语音实现直观的图像与语音的同步对应存储和重现。系统具有使用自然、携带方便、成本低廉等优点。该系统在教学与培训、工业设计、医学诊疗以及日常生活和工作交流等领域具有良好的实用价值。

Abstract:Nowadays,information is becoming more and more important. People are constantly striving to find faster and convenient ways of recording important data and messages completely. Common digital recording tools,such as Digital Voice Recorder can only record voice, and those who uses handwriting pad may find it inconvenient to use a special pen to write. So we designed a new kind of handwriting pad called "Rubbing Tablet with the Synchronous Phonic Synthesization". Users can put a piece of paper over the pad,and use a common pen to write on it. Our pad will store the message in a digital way,and record the user's voice at the same. When he wants to review his notes,he will find three forms of message: notes on paper,digital data in hard disk and the words he spoke. Convenience is the main attraction of our pad,and that means more than simple portability. It will have high application value in education,industrial design,medical treatment and other areas in daily life.

Design of a Novel Embedded-system-based Presentation Device

摘要:基于嵌入式系统,通过引入扩展接口、添加记录设备并提出新颖的工作方式来对传统的投影设备进行改进。利用改进后的系统,讲演者不仅可以通过网络交互地控制幻灯片的播放,摆脱频繁插拔VGA线的不便,还可以只通过一支普通廉价的激光笔就控制整个讲演过程以及对幻灯片内容添加注解。除此之外,我们的系统仅利用很小的存储空间,即可记录包括讲演者声音、激光点的移动、添加的注解和幻灯片播放进度在内的整个报告讲演的过程,同时在占用较小网络带宽的情况下将整个过程向远程的客户端直播。

Abstract:This design adopts embedded-system design to upgrade the traditional projector,by introducing extended ports and recording devices,as well as brand-new operating method. With the upgraded design,projector user can interactively play PowerPoint slides over LAN/WLAN linkwithout plugging and dragging the awkward VGA cable, and control presentation progress as well as annotate directly using a cheap laser-pointer. Besides, the new device can record the whole presentation with high-quality (including voice,pointer movement,annotation,and presentation progress) into a very small file,or concurrently broadcast the presentation over the internet to remote client PCs using limited bandwidth.

摘要:本文介绍了一个结合增强现实、惯性导航和力反馈技术的体验平台。该平台在功能上以实现人手的握力感为基础,构建了一个可操作的增强现实环境。在硬件上,本平台充分利用基于Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器的嵌入式平台的多媒体处理能力,将其作为数据处理的核心单元,配合为此平台专门研制的具备全方位数据采集功能的外骨骼式力反馈机构和局部外围电路,保障了平台稳定流畅的运行;在软件上,以捷联导航系统算法、基于视觉的三维空间注册算法等为基础,高效地实现了虚拟装配、体感游戏和具有触感桌面应用等功能。相比市面上现有的类似系统,具有成本低、用户体验性好、功耗低等优点,为将来实现消费级的可移动增强现实系统铺垫了一定基础。

Abstract:The paper introduces a new experience platform which is based on the combination of the augmented reality technology,strapdown inertial navigating system and force-feedback technology. It builds an operational augmented-reality environment. On the hardware aspect,the platform uses the Intel Menlow embedded platform as the central data handling units and fully exerts its powerful ability to handle multimedia data. The platform contains a Force-back exoskeleton attached with local peripheral circuits which can collect and process the comprehensive data of the tester's hand. On the software aspect,the platform based on the strapdown navigation algorithm and the three-dimensional registration algorithm can effectively realize the feature including virtual assembly, and experience games or movable desktop with feeling of grip.Compared with some existing similar system,this system has the advantages of low cost,good experience and low power consumption. These advantages will lay a foundation for future implementation of portable augmented-reality embedded product.

摘要:本作品是基于基于Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器的嵌入式纸币清分、鉴伪系统。该系统基于Intel(R) Atom(TM)处理器,扩展PCI数据采集卡、模拟前端(AFE)信号调理板等外围硬件,应用磁、红外、图像信息进行判断,具有纸币真伪、残缺、新旧和面额识别功能。软件部分使用PLXSDK开发了PCI驱动,使用C#开发了GUI,使用OpenCV设计了清分算法,并通过Ingegrated Performance Primitives(IPP)和Thread Building Block(TBB)工具进行优化,实现了纸币识别功能。最后,通过合理的测试方案,对系统的性能进行了评估。本作品在金融等行业具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:This is a system that counts and sorts banknote based on Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor. The system is based on the Atom processor,expanded with PCI data acquisition card,signal conditioning board at Analog Front-End(AFE) and other peripheral hardware. The system sorts banknotes with magnetism,infrared ray and image information, and can distinguish fake banknotes,incomplete banknotes, new vs old banknotes and their face value. The software of the system utilizes the modular design method, develops PCI driver modules using PLXSDK, develops GUI in C# language,designs the counting and sorting algorithm with OpenCV and optimizes it with Intel's IPP and TBB,thus realizes the function of banknotes recognition. Finally,the functions of the system are evaluated through an appropriate test scheme. This design is of high practical application value in the financial and other industries.

摘要:本系统使用基于Intel(R) Atom(TM)处理器的嵌入式平台和WindowsXP操作系统,以OpenCV库为图形识别处理基础,运用颜色识别、肤色识别、动作识别等算法实现非接触式跟踪技术,构建了一个基于手指动作的多点"触控"系统。能够根据四个手指的动作实现类似多点控制,如图片拉伸放大缩小、拖拽移动图片、单击等动作,并扩展了电视频道的换台和音量控制、画图、PDF文件浏览等功能,提出了一种全新的人机交互概念。

Abstract:This system uses the embedded platform based on Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor and Windows operating system.Based on the OpenCV1.1 lib for the graphics and color recognition,we use color recognition, color recognition, action recognition algorithm to achieve non-contact track technology. and construct a multi-touch system based on fingers movements. With the action of the four fingers we can achieve multi-point stretch,single click action,television channel switch and volume control, pictures preview,PDF browsing capabilities. The system gives people a new concept of the interpersonal interaction.

Portable Three-dimensional Profiler

摘要:本作品设计实现了一种嵌入式的便捷实时的非接触三维重建系统,以Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器为核心,运用结构光以及图像处理相结合的方法,将二维信息转换到三维空间中。对点云进行拼接、融合、精简、三维Delaunay三角剖分,在OpenGL中显示。系统成像细节丰富,可交互操作,在传统以及新兴的3D技术领域有广泛应用前景。与时下的三维重建系统相比,克服了体积大、功耗高、成本昂贵、操作复杂等缺陷。采用Intel C++编译库编译,并采用IPP、OpenMP优化,CPU负载平衡,使得重建速度快,实时性良好。

Abstract:This work designs a convenient non-contact 3D reconstruction system based on embedded technology which depends on Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor. By the combination of structured light and the method of image processing,the two-dimensional information can be converted into3D space. Through the processing of slicing ,integration ,retrenchment for the point cloud,the image can be displayed by the algorithm called 3D Delaunay triangulation. This imaging system with rich detail can be operatedinteractively and has extensive application prospect. Compared to the other recent product,the system can overcome the disadvantages of large size,high power consumption,expensive cost,the complexity of operation. Programs are compiled through Intel C + + compiler libraries and optimized by IPPand OpenMP for full CPU utilization and a higher speed.

摘要:Cycling is one of the best forms of exercise available. As cycling is often affected by the weather and available places, many people prefer cycling at home on exercise bikes. However, prolonged cycling on an exercise bike could be very boring. The aim of this project is to provide a better exercise bike experience. The user can cycle on any road around the world with the Google Street View scene updating according to the cycling speed detected by the rotary encoder. With the digital compass and the accelerometer working together, the computer can detect the movement and orientation of the user's head and update the scene in real time. Together with the video eye-wear, a virtual reality experience is achieved.

Abstract:This thesis introduces an Augmented Reality (AR) system named IFFICE, which is developed on Intel(R) Atom(TM) based embedded platform with Moblin operating system. AR technology is the overlay of virtual computer graphic images on the real world, with which IFFICE builds a 3D office enviroment for users to work in through a Head-Mounted Display (HMD). IFFICE accomplishes document handling,telephone calling,video playing,online conference and other office applications. This system aims to create a brand-new Human-Computer Interface,under which users can work more efficiently and comfortably,and the mobility of Atom platform ensures that users can work anywhere. IFFICE reflects the future office concept, and can also be applied into many other fields,such as education,business,entertainment etc. The system fully utilizes the advantage of the low power consumption and strong mobility characteristics of the embedded platform,and provides an office environment for users to work anywhere and anytime.

摘要:本文介绍了基于体态感知与立体显示的虚拟漫游系统,充分利用嵌入式平台的系统资源与特点,扩展外围传感器、无线网卡、数字头盔等硬件设备,以开源的OpenSceneGraph三维图形引擎为开发工具,结合3DStudioMax建模,设计实现出利用身体姿态进行虚拟漫游控制,并且具有3D立体显示功能的趣味健步系统,有很强的沉浸感,使用者能在运动健身的同时享受到幻境漫游的无限乐趣。同时,系统有监视保护功能,提醒使用者避开现实中的障碍。

Abstract:This paper introduces a virtual roaming system based on body posture sensing and stereo display. The system makes full use of the resources and features of the embedded platform to extend hardware devices,such as sensors,wireless network card,and head-mounted display. OpenSceneGraph,an open source software development tool,is used as the graphics engine,and incorporates 3DStudio Max as model designing tool to complete the interesting walking system. This system not only takes advantage of body posture to control virtual roaming accordingly,but also has the function of displaying 3D stereo scene. Moreover,it has strong sense of immersion,making the user enjoy infinite pleasure while exercising for fitness. In addition,the surveillance and protection functions remind form the user to avoid obstacles in reality.

摘要:本作品使用基于Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器的嵌入式平台,采用Moblin嵌入式操作系统,应用多线程技术,实现具有远程实时视频监测、运动目标监测、传感数据采集分析、监测信息短信提示等功能的安防监测机器人。本作品使用低功耗的Intel(R) Atom(TM) 处理器,延长了系统的监测时间,并且可扩展多种传感器以满足不同安防监测的需求。本作品能够实现静态目标侦测和动态无人巡逻,在系统方案设计上具有一定的创新性和实用性,能有效提高工业园区安防监测的准确性、快速性、实时性。

Abstract:This wheeled robot utilizes Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor based platform and Moblin OS. With multi-threading technology, the project implemented the features including real-time video capture and compression,data acquisition by sensors,moving target tracking, and has met the need of security monitoring In addition,the low-power Intel™ Atom™ processor used in the design can greatly extends the monitoring time, and expand a variety of sensors to meet the need of different security monitoring. Our design is innovative and practical,and can improve the industrial park's security monitoring more effeciently.

基于智能视觉技术医用药剂中可见异物自动化检测系统 (一等奖作品)
Automatic Injection Impurity Detecting System Based on Intelligent visual technology

摘要:针对国内人工药品检测低效率、低准确率的不足,按照国家行业标准设计了一套基于智能机器视觉的可见异物自动化检测系统。该系统主要包括机械传动模块、电气控制模块和图像识别与处理模块。根据异物运动连续性和噪声运动无序性等特点,作品使用改进的二次差分算法从图像中提取运动杂质,然后采用基于SIFT特征的MeanShift算法对杂质进行跟踪,最后检测出杂质情况,并由此判断产品质量是否合格。测试表明,系统的检测分辨率达40μm,准确率达90%以上,满足企业要求,基本能替代人工检测。

Abstract:According to the national standards of production,our team designs an automatic impurity detecting system based on intelligent visual technology to address the low efficiency and low accuracy of domestic manual detection. The system mainly includes mechanical transmission module,electrical control system module and image processing module. According to the feature-continuity of impurities movement and discontinuity of noise movement,we propose an improved second-difference algorithm in order to extract movement impurities,then use the SIFT features and MeanShift algorithm to track impurities,finally detect the extracted impurities,and find out whether the product is qualified. Experimental results show that the system can detect impurity whose diameter is above 40 microns,and the system accuracy rate can reach 90%. It meets the requirements of most enterprise,and in most cases can replace the original manual testing.
