hold on -->保留前面的图，继续画，不覆盖

surf() 和 mesh( ) 的差别

（1）surf( ) 画的是全部的面

（2）mesh( ) 画的是网格点，也就是平面来看是透明的

plot3( ) 3D 空间画点

plot( ) 2D 空间画点
