My daily food

Because I am not in good health recently, I need to eat lots of healthy food. For breakfast, I usually eat bread, milk or oatmeal to enrich my body.These things will neither starve you nor starve your stomach.


Then, the lunch would be a little richer than the breakfast. Since lunch is very selective, let me give you an example. Salad, chicken leg meat and vegetable soup, and a small portion of rice or noodles. This is my lunch 。


Finally, my dinner was very simple. An apple or a banana. Fruit can replenish your body's water and will not starve you.
