由于国内人民生活水平的提高,科技不断地进步,控制不断地完善,从而促使滑动轴承成为各种旋转机械行业的主导。随着现代机械朝着高性能、自动化、规模化的革新,滑动轴承被普遍应用咋各式各样的大型机械上,特别是大型制造业,如汽车制造冲压工艺的机器人等。在转动系统中,滑动轴承在其中扮演至关重要的作用,并且为了维护好仪器的使用寿命,必须做好接触器的润滑性能。所以,新一代的我们需要对滑动轴承的性能参数和功能参数进行相关研究,这对与转动系统的稳定性能具有重大的意义。

此次设计的滑动轴承压力测量系统,是基于LABVIEW虚拟软件设计的测试实验。通过自主设计开发压力测试控制系统的总体框架,并针对实验研究,主要设计陈述了硬件电路设计和软件电路设计。结合经济性与实用性搭建了硬件平台,基于虚拟仪器 LABVIEW 软件编写了用于数据实时采集与监测的滑动轴承压力测量系统。

通过LABVIEW虚拟软件搭建数据实时采集与检测控制系统,满足设计需求,对实验数据进行实时控制解析,并通过显示窗口显示波形,增加了报警电路,同时可以设置数据采集速率等,功能满足要求,系统运行相对稳定。压力测量系统实现软件模块化,为后期做相应的开发设计做好了铺垫。

Abstract

Due to the improvement of people's living standard, the continuous progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of control, so that the sliding bearing become the leading of various rotating machinery industry.With the modern machinery towards high performance, automation, scale innovation, sliding bearings are widely used in a variety of large machinery, especially large manufacturing industry, such as automotive stamping process of robots.In the rotating system, the sliding bearing plays a crucial role, and in order to maintain the service life of the instrument, it is necessary to do a good job in the lubrication performance of the contactor.Therefore, in the new generation, we need to study the performance parameters and functional parameters of the sliding bearing, which is of great significance to the stability of the rotating system.

The sliding bearing pressure measurement system designed this time is a test experiment based on the design of LABVIEW virtual software.Through the independent design and development of the overall framework of the pressure test control system, and for the experimental research, the main design statement of the hardware circuit design and software circuit design.Combining economy and practicability, the hardware platform is built. Based on virtual instrument LABVIEW software, a pressure measurement system for sliding bearing is prepared for real-time data acquisition and monitoring.

Through LABVIEW virtual software, the real-time data acquisition and detection control system is built to meet the design requirements, real-time control and analysis of experimental data are conducted, waveform is displayed through the display window, an alarm circuit is added, and data acquisition rate can be set. The functions meet the requirements and the system runs relatively stable.The pressure measurement system realized software modularization, which paved the way for the later development and design.
