1.1 商务电子邮件结构及功能

1)Greeting: address and greet the reader(s)

Dear Ms. Clark,

2)Opening paragraph: introduce the topic, or the reason for writing the email

1.4 在商务电子邮件中正确使用连接词

逻辑连接词用于串联各部分的内容。 下面是适合正式的商务书信的一些词语。

2.1 Topic
