1 文件可在我上传的东西中javacomm20-win32里面找见,自己配置下环境哦,java的我就不说了
2 新建个java web的项目就行,把相应的lib复制进去,有comm.jar,log4j-1.2.16.jar,smslib-3.5.0.jar,这是基本的就行了。
