yarn install时报错 error An unexpected error occurred: “https://registry.yarnpkg.com/... ETIMEDOUT“.

当yarn install时出现error An unexpected error occurred: “https://registry.yarnpkg.com/caniuse-lite/-/caniuse-lite-1.0.30001427.tgz: ETIMEDOUT”.
在网上搜了大致的方法是设置成淘宝镜像源用

npm

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org --global
npm config set disturl https://npm.taobao.org/dist --global

yarn

yarn config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org --global
yarn config set disturl https://npm.taobao.org/dist --global

但是我用了后运行yarn install还是报错，并且运行得很慢

然后就尝试运行了npm install
然后再运行yarn install就没报错了，就成功了，并且运行得很快

总结：

1. 先用上面npm和yarn设置淘宝镜像源的方法
2. 然后先运行npm install
3. 最后运行yarn install

这是我用这样解决了问题，希望可以帮助到，但可能大家的情况不一样。
