Oracle 19c RAC 重新配置节点（未完成，记录日志）

测试环境信息

Oracle RAC 19.3;

Centos 7.9;

重新配置加入集群

执行root.sh脚本输出内容如下：

[root@rac19c1 grid]# ./root.sh

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/19.3.0/grid

   Copying dbhome to /usr/local/bin ...

Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by

Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created

Finished running generic part of root script.

Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

Relinking oracle with rac_on option

发现的问题：

1.  集群两个节点后启动的一个不能自动启动ASM实例，需要手动启动；
2. 新增节点的VIP没有自动配置；
3. 两个节点的数据库中无法查询ASM磁盘组信息；
