mmcv-full安装的最好方式

环境： python 3.8

cuda： 10.1

pytorch： 1.7.1

找到地址：

https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu101/torch1.7.0/index.html

你可以根据自己的cuda版本和pytorch版本，对地址里的响应参数，进行替换：

f'https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu{cuda版本}/torch{版本}/index.html'
即地址中 {cuda版本} 和 {torch版本部分}

我是cuda10.1和torch1.7.1

由于没有cuda10.1+torch1.7.1的 mmcv-full版本，向下兼容：

选择cuda10.1+torch1.7.0，进行替换

 进入地址;  找到需要的mmcv版本1.4.0 +cp38  （python3.8）

win系统，下载到本地

再用annaconda切换到，对应目录：

pip install 该.whl文件，即可成功下载mmcv-full了
