Take your Vitamins

Your body needs a minimum intake of vitamins and minerals to work properly. If you have a good breakfast, you are already helping your body but if you still feel tired all the time then you might have a slight magnesium deficiency

The recommended daily magnesium intake for men is around 350 mg and for women is around 300 mg.

To make sure you are getting enough magnesium, you can add a handful of almonds, hazelnuts or cashews to your diet.
