前一段时间刚刚做了一个短视频功能，然后今天给小伙伴们分享视频裁剪这一块的代码，今天时间比较紧，我就直接把工具类的代码分享给小伙伴们吧，哪里不理解的可以在下面留言给我

注：以上block回调的方式比较简单，小伙伴们可以按照自己的需求进行更改，例如添加一个裁剪失败报错的block回调等
