    评论:是可用工具中表现最好用的,可批量提交蛋白序列。其结果与PSORT工具高度吻合。
CELLO是一个支持向量机分类系统。CELLO采用4种序列编码方案:氨基酸组成(the amino acid composition)、二肽组成(the di-peptide composition)、划分的氨基酸组成(the partitioned amino acid composition)和基于氨基酸理化性质的序列组成(the sequence composition based on the physico-chemical properties of amino acids)。我们综合运用这些分类方案,取得最优结果。

    评论:介绍看着不错,但无法使用。2022-02-18几天,用网页自带的例子无法正常运行。

TargetP-2.0 server通过判断蛋白序列中是否存在对应的肽段,来判断蛋白的亚细胞定位,这些肽段包括:信号肽(signal peptide, SP)、线粒体转运肽(mitochondrial transit peptide, mTP)、叶绿体转运肽(chloroplast transit peptide, cTP)或类囊体腔内转运肽(thylakoid luminal transit peptide, lTP)。对于预测含有肽段的区域,还可预测潜在的酶切位点。

  • Sec/SPI: "standard" secretory signal peptides transported by the Sec translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase I (Lep)
  • Sec/SPII: lipoprotein signal peptides transported by the Sec translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase II (Lsp)
  • Tat/SPI: Tat signal peptides transported by the Tat translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase I (Lep)

SignalP 5.0的预测是基于 deep convolutional and recurrent neural network architecture including a conditional random field.

评论:如果只做单纯的亚细胞定位,不建议使用SignalP.
