Cai xiaowei is an organizer with the CIIE.She says 24 robots are providing guide services.

“We’ve made improvements in three aspects of the digital guiding robot. So visitors can ask it questions and get information when entering the exhibition area and using the service. If they still don’t know how to go to the destination even after getting the information from the robot, then they can make it lead the way.”
“我们已经在数字导航机器人的三个方面做了改进。因此，参观者在进入展区并使用该服务时，可以提出问题并获取信息。如果他们在从机器人那里得到信息后仍然不知道如何去目的地，那么他们就可以让机器人带路。”

The expo will be calculating its carbon emissions data from buildings and catering services, and neutralizing greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing carbon quotas.
