3.可能问题

.condarc文件未删除

4.解决方案

（1）在
Anaconda Prompt界面下，输入以下命令：

conda config --show-sources

(2) 检查是否存在.condarc文件

(3)图片显示存在.condarc文件，这里为地址，删除即可：

（4）重新创建Anaconda环境

大功告成！

PS：若安装失败，可能需要关掉梯子
