Stay Fit for a Test

Mind and body work together.That is why it is important for you to take care of your body as well as your mind when you are preparing for an exam. Follow the common -sense rules of health: get sufficient sleep and rest, eat proper foods and plan recreation and exercise. In relation to health and exams, two cautions are in order. First, don't skip meals prior to a test in order to keep studying. Secondly, don't miss your regular sleep by sitting up late “cramming ”for the test. Cramming is an attempt to learn in a short period of time what should have been learned through consistent study. These two habits are harmful to one's health and rarely pay off in the long run. It is likely that you will be more confused than better prepared on the day of the test if you have missed meals or lost sleep.
