使用npm install报错-4048 operation not permitted问题

刚刚使用npm install时一直报错-4048 operation not permitted，也尝试了多种方法，终于使问题得到解决，这里总结几种方法：

1.使用npm cache clean --force 无效果，

2.用管理员权限打开是可以执行

3.npm install -g npm@latest

4.node.js版本问题；npm install -g [email protected]（降级版本）
