Compared to the yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 20 years plus,i think I'm just a pupil student.

If someone else ask me what Yoga is ,frankly speaking,i'd say Yoga is not simple,but more than simple indeed.When we hear from a teacher instructs  people in class with “one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight”and repeats this instructions again and again,i think this is not the real Yoga.

On the contrary,Yoga is not that rhythms instead of breathing in your body. Can you hear your heart?Can you sense your brain?Can you smell your skin?Can you touch your veins in your inner world?Can you feel the spirit?If the answers are no,i am sure you are not doing Yoga.

Obviously,yoga is all about your breaths that the way you breathe is the condition of your meditation.Yoga is just like your mind,your brain,your limbs,your skin,and even though your every single asana which is taking meditation.

When we connect with our body,mind and spirit,the  energy of breaths is functioning.Have you ever noticed that some famous films or artists always talk about the benefit of meditation as they take a break after hard working.

It is not very easy for you to sense yoga which exists in all the space in our world and in all the dimensions in our life,but just link with it and concentrate when you are breathing .

In this way,energy in your inner body will naturally flow out of you.
