The next time you think you are suffering from stress, do the following:

◆1. Recognize that you are only experiencing a feeling of being unable to cope.

◆ 4. If you can’t, then accept this and let go of the worry.

◆ 5. If you can, then make an action plan.

◆ 6. Make a list of the practical steps you need to take.

◆ 7. Then ACT!

◆ 8. Take each step as it comes and work your way through this dilemma.
