“persist”是个不及物动词，主要有两个意思，一个是“继续存在”，一个是“顽强坚持”，今天我们学习的是表示“继续存在”时的用法。persist 表示“继续存在”时，主语往往是有负面含义的事物。我们可以用它来替换“exist”，在一些语境中用 persist 更准确、简洁。
