Cocaopods报错 dependency were found, but they required a higher minimum deployment target

从网上下载腾讯云SDK进行pod install时 报错

后来发现是Podfile.lock里的版本和Podfile里的版本有冲突。

解决方法：删除Podfile.lock重新Podinstall。
