One day, three students were talking about the dreams of the future.

One of them was a young man who studies fine arts; the second was studying business; and the third was studying philosophy.

“I hope I'll be as famous as Picasso,” the first one said. “I hope I'll be as powerful as Rockefeller(洛克菲勒),” the second said. Philosophy looked at both of them and said quietly, “You know, there are two tragedies in life.”

“What do you mean?” the two other asked. “Oh,” he said, “one was not to get what he desired most in his life. “The second,” they asked. “The second was he got it.”

约翰·D·洛克菲勒 John D. Rockefeller(1839.7.8 – 1937.5 23)美国实业家、超级资本家,美孚石油公司(标准石油)创办人。
