[nodejs 01] 安装包时遇到无法安装包的问题

• 在安装包时遇到如下错误：

  npm ERR! code ETIMEDOUT
  npm ERR! errno ETIMEDOUT

  		 connect ETIMEDOUT 104.16.26.35:443

• 解决方法：

  npm install -g npm
  

  运行这段代码后就可以安装了
