If a story, book, report etc concerns someone or something, it is about them.

“concern”可以作名词也可以作动词。它作动词时有一个常见的意思是“关于”，做这个意思时后面一般不需接介词，而是直接接宾语。当我们想表达某一篇文章、某一本书、某一部电影、某一个展览是关于某个主题或人物的时候，除了用 about/on，还可以想到用它。我们来通过几个例句掌握这个用法。

例句

比如某一项研究是关于人们临终前最遗憾的事情，就可以说：
The study concerns what people want at the end of life.

Justin 在写关于《经济学人》Letters 版块的英文随笔中有这么一句话：
The most rigorously contended almos always concerns politics.
意思就是，letter板块争论最激烈的往往就是有关政治的话题。

Poker playing concerns decision making
这句话相当于
Poker playing is all about decision making.
