开发者中心更新手机号码 you’ll need to update the mobile phone number associated with your Apple ID

苹果最近又出问题，让同意协议，还要先绑定手机号码，绑定了手机号码之后还是显示要绑定号码，导致证书用不了，包打不了，上架当然更不行了。

The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated.

In order to access certain membership resources, you must accept the latest license agreement. First, you’ll need to update the mobile phone number associated with your Apple ID. Your mobile phone number must be based in your country/region. Edit this number in the Account section of appleid.apple.com, and return to your developer account to continue.

其实就是苹果中国区服务器出了问题！！！老子找了个办法治你！其实就是中国服务器不行，我把帐号改成香港帐号就对接其它服务器了，就可以了！以下是步骤

进入https://appleid.apple.com，进入以下界面

点击编辑

点击Edit之后把Region改成HongKong,弹框点击确定就可以了。

点击continue

然后按下图提示填写就可以Save了。

随便填，不会验证

再回到开发者界面，已经出现同意协议界面的按钮了，等什么，点击它，点它，点它，上架你的App，保住你的饭碗，高兴跟老板说，解决了苹果自己的一个大Bug！！加薪！！

获得经验：以后有协议要同意，早点同意，别拖。

PS:最好再把地址改回China 支付方式还有地址，以免出现副作用，比如续费。
