win2003 telent 服务器一连接就断开

PC1 安装 win2003 系统, IP 地址 192.168.10.50
PC2 安装 win7 系统

在 PC1 的服务中开启 'telnet’服务后, 在 PC2 中打开 cmd, 输入 telnet 192.168.10.50 回车
然后输入账号密码,回车后 telnet 立马断开连接. 提示如下:
Failure in initializing the telnet session. Shell process may not have been launched.
Telnet Server has closed the connection.
失去了跟主机的连接.
如下图:

网络搜索得知, 想要正常使用 telnet 服务, 在 PC1 上除了开启 telnet 服务外,
还需要开启 ‘Secondary Logon’ 服务.
如下图:

开启 Secondary Logon 后, PC2 可以正常连接到PC1.
