项目管理的“三从”、“四得”

三从: 从过程想结果;从结果知输入;从输入选工具
四得:一得文件计划;二得成果信息;三得变更请求;四得因素资产

我来给大家解释下，“从过程想结果”就是说这个过程到底是做什么?是什么定义，你能把过程理解清楚，那这个过程有什么输出，当然，也就知道了;“从结果知输入”，你既然知道了这个过程的输出，那么，反推下，肯定也可以知道做这个事情需要说明条件了，也就是输入;

另外，“从输入选工具”就是要根据完成一个活动的条件来判断这个过程可以采用的工具和技术;“四得”没有什么好解释的，全部是输出，而且是比较通用的输出。

在系统集成项目管理工程师中，很多学员觉得输入、输出、工具和技术太多，是的，确实是这样。而且考试又会直接考这样的知识，其实出题人的本意是送分题，可是很多人就是得不到分，为了尽量让大家少丢分，小马老师根据自己的经验，对项目管理中常见的、以及比较特殊的输入、输出、工具和技术进行了整理，希望能够从一定程度上帮助大家。希望大家认真学习。

本考试性质介绍、分析及学习要点

1、这是中级考试，对应的就是中级职称，是项目经理，是工程师，难度肯定有

2、考试特点:杂而不深，需要一些理解记忆，我希望大家能够尽量的保持一颗比较淡定的心学习，不需要很淡定，一定的淡定吧。

3、必须努力:别想着捷径了，没有!
4、怎么学?我平均 2 天一次讲课，我只要没有出差去面授等大事，都是可以做到的，但是大家就做不到了，为什么??重视问题。我是靠这个在吃饭，我一次没有理由的不讲课，就会引起大家的不满。我说这个事情，就是希望大家能够尽力的重视，尽力的去学习，不要为一些芝麻大小的屁事所影响，比如一些无所谓的应酬。OK，就算你不得不去应酬，那么你可以不听实时的，你可以听录播吧?希望还是尽力补上。我不希望我讲了几次的东西还有人在问，每次听课的时候的提问很多都是老问题，已经失去了提问环节的作用了。

5、关于动力:很多人没有动力，OK，每天去看看你的银行卡，或者去大街上看看美女、帅哥!我不相信你看到你自己的银行卡寥寥无几的几位数字，你心里不抱怨:我不相信你看到别人身边的美女、帅哥，你心里不荡漾。努力吧。兄弟姐妹!

6、关于做题:由于获得证书是应试,因此必须做一定量的习题以熟悉命题方式及答题思路。在任何一门考试中，考生都喜欢做题，而且确实，也是必须做题，通过做题，可以检查我们对知识点的掌握情况，可以提高我们的解题水平，题目，无外乎 2 种，历年真题和模拟题。针对本考试，我建议大家千万别做模拟题，必须做历年真题。通过我对这个考试的研究，发现:每次的核心重点是一样的，如果能够把这些核心重点能够掌握，基本上就在合格的边缘了。那么什么是核心重点呢?基本上2 次考试至少会考一次的都是核心重点(关于考点表,在本资料里有).对于这样的题目,我希望大家必须速度搞定。这也是很多人为什么可以 20 天就通过考试的原因而很多人学1年,2 年都通不过。根据帕累托原理，我们需要用 20%的精力来掌握 80%的知识。大家在做历年真题的时候，可能有个别题目让我们很茫然，很纠结，这属于正常的现象，而且由于一些因素，目前，软考考题并没有标准答案，我个人建议大家别过分的纠结于一个题目到底选什么?而应该关注的是这个题目在考什么?我们是按照串讲课本、真题讲解、查漏补缺的方式来进行的，希望大家认真做好这 3 个步骤。建议大家在做真题的时候，一定要把自己第一次做错了的题目做个记号，过几天再做一次，看你是否已经掌握?
认真学习，尽力多花时间，真心不难，但是需要用功。

上午的选择题满分75分，45分及格，英语试题占5分，比例还是比较大的，相关的单词词汇掌握也很重要
