What did the client say?

.  They said our products are not reasonable and wanted have a 30% discount. What's worse, they doubted about the quality of our products, so they requested longer warranty period. And they were reluctant to communicate with me and got me the runaround when I wanted to bargain with them.

How did you handle it?

I made a serval successful examples to convince them of  good quality of our products. And I guaranteed that our products will satisfy you and reassured them that they will get a full refund if there is any problems during the warranty period.
