使用python -m pip install -r requirements.txt安装yolov5出现问题

出现问题：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement matplotlib>=3.3 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for matplotlib>=3.3

原因分析：

我打开了代理服务器，这时我们使用的清华镜像源就不能使用了

解决办法：

关闭代理服务器即可。
