第一步要先点Sign Up，然后选择国家为：China
第二步选择帐户类型为：Personal starter（初级帐户）
第三步完成用户登记表格：
Personal Information个人信息
First Name: 名（使用拼音）
Last Name: 姓（使用拼音）
Address:地址(尽管用拼音来写你的地址,拼音作为中国的地址已经在80年代得到联合国的承认了!)
City:城市（使用拼音）
Country:国家选择China
Region:省份（使用拼音）
Zip/Postal Code:邮政编码
Country Of Citizenship:国籍（选China）
Home Phone:住宅电话(不要加横线-,这里只可以输入数字
Work Phone: 工作电话，可不填
Mobile Phone:移动电话，可不填
Occupation:职业
Data of Birth:生日,格式为：月/日/年 如:08/06/1980
然后点击下一步（NEXT）：
Email Address:电子邮件地址
Re-enter Password::再输入密码
Password:密码
Transation PIN:交易密码（在提款与转帐时要用到）
Re-enter Transation PIN:确认交易密码（在提款与转帐时要用到）
