Installing the language packs

 

• Open the install wizard with 'Help' > 'Install new software...'
• add the Babel p2 repository: http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.12.1/luna
• select/install your language pack of choice.
• Restart Eclipse and you should get a translated Eclipse.

在win8.1里面会出现键盘和鼠标右键失效的情况，解决方法是： 建一快捷方式后，右键“属性”—“兼容性”—“兼容模式”勾选Windows Vista"，问题解决。
