Here we also have a NFC tag, and meeting management system. We made an application to write sign URL of this meeting into the tag. Then attach the tag onto the convenient place of the meeting room. Tapping on the tag will automatically lead you to sign through internet into meeting management system. Also, the sign data could be updated to meeting room management system to optimize the room utilization.
