C# Outlook Addin Error

The form region "" cannot be opened. The form region manifest specifies an add-in that is not installed.

Solution:
1. Make sure the .net framework is installed correctly
2. PIA (Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies) is required (this fix my issue)
3. VSTO runtime
