Ø 操作系统的运行级别有11个,编码是0-9,s,S,m,M。由/etc/inittab控制,其中四个字母表示单用户模式,也就是维护模式,,1没有定义是为以后保留的,2是生产模式多用户状态,切换运行级别init s中止其中的进程使用ctrl+D

Ø 所有PCI机器都有一个SMS系统管理维护工具,在GUI中F1即可
Ø 系统启动时会记录一些启动日志,以帮助系统管理员日后检查系统启动是否正常,系统管理员有时需要检查或研究系统的启动过程。发现系统是否存在问题,系统启动时会调用rc.boot命令文件

Ø 安全的关闭系统shutdown +30表示30分钟后关闭系统,-i 交互方式,-F
Ø Halt必须由root执行,必须root用户以外的所有其他用户全部退出,实际上halt调用fasthalt命令停止。此命令会丢失数据破坏文件系统
Ø 重启可以使用shutdown -r或者快速方式-Fr
Ø 查看关闭系统的日子信息,首先shutdown -l,cat /etc/shutdown.log
Ø SMIT是System Management Interface Tool的简称,降低复杂度,有日志可查

Ø Smit中* 表示要填写一个合法的值, #表示填写数字,/表示填写路径,x表示填写16进制的值,?表示填写的内容不会显示出来,+表示可以从弹出式列表中选择
Ø Smit运行中会生成2个文件,smit.script和smit.log,其中,script记录带参数的文件,实际上这是一个shell脚本,root用户可以检查其他用户使用smit的情况。
