SysUtils.StrLCopy、SysUtils.StrPCopy、SysUtils.StrPLCopy

StrLCopy 只是比 StrCopy 多了一个限制长度的参数; StrPCopy 等价于 StrCopy; StrPLCopy 等价于 StrLCopy.
