Since the target file HelloLinearLayout.apk size is very small, use Bluetooth to send that file to cellphone is good enough. At first I used USB cable to connect to phone set; it can be good for huge file.

By the way, Samsung GT-I9108 can open PDF file directly, no need to install any application.
