Responsibilities:

. Support the users in the Chongqing office, and provide basic onsite network assistant / desktop support

. Provide end-user support and respond to inquiries, Assist local and remote end users, and assist local and remote administrators

. Troubleshoot PC desktop/laptop and network problems

. Perform basic network assistant / desktop support duties software installation and printer maintenance

. Participate in IT system installations and upgrades

 

Requirement:

. A minimum of 1 year experience in basic network assistant / desktop support

. Good Knowledge of PCs and peripherals, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office

. Experience on supporting end-user applications such as MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Suite, AutoDesk products.

. Background in computer graphics and/or CAD is preferred

. Certification in Microsoft OS and application is preferred

. Good communication skills to work with different levels of staff

. Good team work

. Good oral and written English and Mandarin
