问题症状描述：

 

2009 年12 月11 日以后，使用Office 2003 的客户无法打开或保存通过“权限管理服务”（Rights Management Service ）加密的文档。当文档被打开时，将会显示以下错误信息：

“出现意外的错误。 请稍后再试或与系统管理员联系”

 

"Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact your system administrator”

 

该问题影响到了Office 2003 与权限管理服务（RMS ）的配合使用，包括Word 2003 ， Word Viewer 2003 ，Excel 2003 ，Excel Viewer 2003 ， PowerPoint 2003 和Outlook 2003 。但是Office 2007 不会受到影响。
