据官方报道,自二月份以来,上海跟江苏省发现共有七个人感染了一种新型的禽流感病毒H7N9。根据官方的提示,此类病毒并不易于在人群中传播。我们会继续关注事件的发展,必要时会发布最新的消息。

在这里我们跟大家分享一些在国际SOS和中国疾病预防控制中心网站上公布的安全防范措施:

・ 避免接触生病的动物,包括猫和狗。

・ 不要去活物交易市场、家禽农场或猪场。

・ 不要接触生病或死去的鸟类。注意更不要让儿童接触它们。

・ 不要接触任何有可能被鸟类的粪便污染的区域。不要在鸟类栖息的水里游泳。

・ 密切注意保持个人卫生。勤洗手非常重要。在准备食物和吃东西之前一定先洗手。

・ 煮熟所有的禽类和禽类产品,包括鸡蛋。

・ 咳嗽或打喷嚏时遮住口鼻以避免交叉传染。

・ 注意保持室内通风,保证充足的休息,均衡饮食,提高身体免疫力。

・ 一旦出现发热、咳嗽等急性呼吸道感染症状,应立即就医。

According to the report issued by official media, seven people in the Shanghai and Jiangsu Province area have been infected with a new bird flu virus (H7N9) since February this year.  According to official advice, the virus does not appear to spread easily between people.  We will continue to monitor the situation and update as required.

We hereby share some precautionary measures published on the website of International SOS and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention:

・         Avoid contact with sick animals, including cats and dogs.

・         Do not go to live animal markets, poultry farms or pig farms.

・         Do not handle sick or dead birds. Prevent children from doing so.

・         Avoid touching any surfaces that may be contaminated by bird droppings. Do not swim in any body of water that is used by birds.

・         Always maintain high levels of personal hygiene. Frequent hand washing is very important. Wash hands before and after food preparation and before eating.

・         Thoroughly cook all poultry and poultry products, including eggs.

・         Cover mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing to avoid interacted infection.

・         Maintain indoor air circulating and ensure enough rest & a well-balanced diet to improve the immunity to virus.

・         Visit the doctor immediately if acute respiratory infection symptoms such as fever or coughing occurs.
