Two taskbar

Problem:

Whenever user open a new window, the taskbar will show another duplicate icon next to it on the same taskbar. The same thing happens with folders, running applications and browsers. In other words, it is getting two icons for running applications or programs on my taskbar instead of getting one.

 

Solution:

1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Process Tab, end all explorer.exe and iexplore.exe processes .
2. Type regedit in File - Run
3. Bacup the registry before you edit.
4. Delete these three keys. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckR­ects2
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Stream­s
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Stream­sMRU
5. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, back in Task Manager choose Shutdown menu - Reboot.
