Being mad today -SAV,Print queue,IE slowly

Too many cases today, I am exhausted
 
Top 5 today:
 
First:
Users reported: insufficient system resource error when log in PC, mapping drive....
 
I still dont know what's wrong with SAV3.1 in the recent month...I hv to troubleshoot those cases one by one. The worse thing is that it even prevent user from logging on window!!!!!
 
Only method is asking user log on Directory Services Restore Mode to remove SAV and I am able to remote desktop connecting to user's PC.
 
Manager said we need to fasten to deployment SAV 3.19 by SCCM, but I think it will still causing disaster when deploy SAV to global PCs.
 
Second:
 
IE slow response:
 
 I reinstalled IE7, SAV,disable unneccessary startups, problem still, need further checking tomorrow.
 
Third:
 
User cannot access CITIBANK website as below screen...(will continue  update tomorrow)
