radical management简介

当前企业流行的管理方法,主要是采用大规模标准化分工的管理理念,这来源于100年前的泰勒主义,它很好的推动了工业文明的发展。对于软件行业的管理,软件的特点是需要创造性,更强调人的因素,那么工业制造的方法就存在了一些弊端。软件行业也在不断摸索自己的管理方法,以更符合创造性强的特点。管理的理念也在不断发展,radical management是新的管理理念。

 

Radical management的管理方法目标是同时满足高效、持续创新、很高的工作满意度和用户满意度。它和传统方法的主要区别为:
