Communication failure during handshake. Is there a server running on localhost:3306?　　错误

用Eclipse调试一个连接池出现这种问题。不能创建连接！
解决方法：
　把mm.mysql.jar驱动换成mysql-connector-java-3.0.16-ga-bin.jar。
