3.10 CMMI3级——组织过程定义(Organizational Process Definition)

OPF主要关注要有人来负责过程改进的工作，OPD关注的是组织级要有财富库作为整个组织的知识库。

什么是财富库，简单的说就是对组织有用的东西都可以纳入到财富库中，财富库可以包含：过程、生命周期模型、裁剪指南、度量库等。

如果把OPD进行扩展，就是一个组织如何进行知识管理的问题了，知识可以包括两类，非技术类和技术类，非技术类包括：标准过程、规章制度、流程、项目管理经验、度量数据等等，技术类包括：设计、代码库、重用组件等。组织除了要对知识进行分类外，还需要建立知识的收集、分析、存储、使用的策略及具体可操作的办法。

SP1.1 Establish and maintain the organization’s set of standard processes.
建立和维护组织的标准过程。

SP1.2 Establish and maintain the descriptions of the life-cycle models approved for use in the organization.
建立和维护被批准用于组织的 软件生命周期。

SP1.3 Establish and maintain the tailoring criteria and guidelines for the organization’s set of standard processes.
建立和维护用于组织标准过程的裁剪标准和指南。

SP1.4 Establish and maintain the organization’s measurement repository.
建立和维护组织度量 数据库。

SP1.5 Establish and maintain the organization’s process asset library.

建立和维护组织过程财富库。
