【Leetcode】Search in Rotated Sorted Array II

Follow up for "Search in Rotated Sorted Array":
What if duplicates are allowed?

Would this affect the run-time complexity? How and why?

Write a function to determine if a given target is in the array.

思路:跟【Leetcode】Search in Rotated Sorted Array类似,但是需要做些许改动,因为对于递增序列的判断需要增加一些条件。当然,此题的解答也能解决上一题的问题。
