在MyEclipse中，启动Tomcat，一直停留Initializing Spring root WebApplicationContext不动

在MyEclipse中，启动Tomcat，一直停留Initializing Spring root WebApplicationContext不动，等了几十秒 ，出现数据库连接不上：

Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!

原因：MySQL数据库的端口号改变了    原来在XP 32位系统上安装MySql时候自动生成的端口号是3306，

  现在在Win7 64位系统上，安装MySQL 自动生成的端口号是3309！  

    

MySQL端口号查询：D:\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\my.ini      即MySQL安装根目录下的my.ini文件。
