A issue: console app of VS2008 can't run on other machine without VS2008?

A issue: console app of VS2008 can't run on other machine without VS2008?

Today I try to run my console application with release version on other machine, but it fail, it tells me that wrong configureation, the app can't run on this system, try to reinstall it.

I try another application with window UI built by VS2008, strangely, it can run well.

So I search from the internet, finally I got answer, because I need install VS2008 redistructable packet. And I donwload one, the issue is fixed.
