mplayer字幕乱码横线问题

下了一个电影，想吃饭的时侯一边看看，哪知字幕乱码，要是在windows根本不会出现的问题linux却来了烦琐，番来覆去的终于找到一个解决办法，就是修改~/.mplayer/gui.conf就可以了，这里把我的已经整理好的放到这里来，以备以后需要（但是发现有些字幕一会是正确的一会却还是乱码，不知怎么回事，心急的时侯真想把电脑kill掉）
