设置Navigation Bar 透明

getWindow().addFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_TRANSLUCENT_NAVIGATION);

或者Theme中添加  <item name="android:windowTranslucentNavigation">true</item>

attrs.flags = (attrs.flags&~mask) | (flags&mask);
